We want you to be happy with every order from Testy Bite.
Cancelling an order
- You can cancel before we start preparing your food. Call or message us as soon as possible.
- Once preparation or delivery has started, the order cannot be cancelled.
Refunds
- If we cancel an order, or you receive the wrong item, a damaged item or a missing item, you will get a replacement or a refund.
- Please report the problem within 2 hours of delivery with your order number.
- Approved refunds for online payments are returned to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.
Subscriptions
Unused days of a subscription that we could not deliver are credited back to your account or refunded.
